Professionals who meet the qualifications, can obtain H1B, H2B, or TN visas. Adelante will assist in this process as much as possible, including referring to legal representation.
The TN visa was created by the US to address the needs of critically in-demand professions. This visa provides for a facilitated immigration path for the sixty professions that are enumerated in the legislation. These professions require that the candidates having achieved higher levels of post-secondary education in their country of origin. Most of these professions also require training and/or licensing in the US.

Many professions in the US require licensing or certification. Obtaining these licenses will often require the candidates to take classes and/or pass licensing exams. The licensing promise usually requires the candidate to be licensed in their country of origin and having met some academic credentials. However, some professions do not require this and qualified candidates can pursue licensing or certification without previous experience. Adelante Education Group provides training and test prep for selected professions to meet the requirements.

Teachers
There is a severe K-12 teacher shortage in the US, including bi-lingual teachers.
Policies and processes exist to recruit teachers from abroad and to recruit college educated career changers to meet this need in most states in the US Unisant USA will create a program to recruit and qualify non-US teachers and non-US college graduates to come to the US to teach. Recruiting will focus on Mexico, but will also extend to countries that Universidad Santander has a presence
Nurses
There is a severe nursing shortage in the US. It is projected that there will be 250,000 to 4000,00 open nursing positions in the US
In order to get a nursing license in the US, a Mexican nurse needs to demonstrate they have graduated from an equivalent nursing school in Mexico at the bachelors degree level or higher, pass the national licensing exam for nurses, pass the TOEFL, and pass a background check.
Adelante Education Group has a process to recruit and prepare Mexican nurses to get licensed in the US. Mexican nurses are eligible for the TN visa.
